Starting off as a single townhouse renovation, soon turned into expanding it next door and combining the units. Through the development variance permitting application we created a split level living with entertainment at the forefront. Clever design and engineering tactics were implemented to enable as much open space as possible. Fully custom millwork in the kitchen and bathrooms delivered a modern and easy living home. Not to mention that epic custom fireplace too.
