An extensive renovation on this single family home for a young local family included demolishing part of the exterior to make way for a large deck that doubles the living area. Surrounded by a cliff, creating a bright and modern interior was paramount. Utilizing the kitchen space more efficiently enabled ample storage and prep space, creating an open space fit for entertaining. With coastal and scandi vibes as inspiration, this new build feeling home is not only timeless, but well suited for the busy clients.
